still getting no spark... maybe cas?

this is so fustrating for me first of all, i have a huge problem with my car obviously, the coils measured almost 20 volts when i tested them compared to the normal 12 everybody says, the ecu is on the way in the mail, the brown/white wire read only 4 volts when everybody says its supposed to be 4.5 volts.... can the CAS go bad... and if so how do i test it? i cannot find the problem with my car, the only thing i did was turn it off when it only idled for less than 30 seconds in 40 degree weather one morning... yes DUMB but i was so happy it cranked and went into gear (after having clutch problems.. finding out i have a clutch line leak) i just lost all reality and killed it. any input would be great guys please offer some advice or what you did in this case if it happened to you. thanks in advance

Did you flood it? Your plugs wet? It'll act like it has no spark when that happens...Pull a plug & check it (one each rotor)
