ok, got that intake gasket off, and put a new one on. i have spark.... i have compression, i have gas(used the old injectors ) car still floods on the 3rd crank..........
i installed a fuel cut switch under the steering column, will try some atf fluid and fuel cut switch tonight
any indeas......

Get a Haynes manual. Ok, if you have spark, fuel, and compression, try the ATF. I just can't seem to think of what is goin on. Mabye bad ECU? Mabye weak spark? Mabye injectors are fried and not closing? I'm at a loss...Sorry man.

i think, maybe they got clogged(when i ran OUT of fuel), and when they get power, they go wide open...???

i also hear a hissing noise coming from... maybe the pulsation damper...(yes the old 87 style one), it sounds like air releasing when i prime the fuel system(witch never quits priming its self)..... any ideas????

Sounds like an intake leak. Any time you hear hissing you have to think intake leak. Is your battery fully charged? Did you unflood the car? Did you clean off the plugs after it flooded? Can you hear the fuel pump whine? Did you plug the AFM back in? Did you hook the pressure sensor line back up? If you answered yes to all of these questions you may need to talk to someone a lil smarter than I; sorry.

He hears hissing without the engine running. The hissing is the fuel pressure regulator bypassing the excess fuel pressure to maintain a 37psi fuel rail pressure. At least the way I understand it, is that the car does not start, so that has to be the hissing. If you have a fuel cut switch, yu should be able to turn that switch to off, start the car with the starter with your foot to the floor. As soon as the car ignites, flip the fuel cut sw to on. Should have worked for you. Make sure that kill sw is to the off position prior to starting. You probably already tried the above and are screaming at me right now. Well, good luck.

OH MY GOD IT RAN!!!!!!!!!!!!, well at least till 650 rpms............, it ran real ruff, and then at 650 it stalled like it was not getting enough gas........., ok, heres a theory, when i ran it out of gas, could that have clogged injectors???, and could clogged injectors cause it to flood.....???

Hey. At least you know you have spark for sure. Running out of gas shouldn't clog injectors. If you can ever get it running again, try making it run til it gets warmed up a bit. I know, easier said than done. Could also be a large air leak somewhere contributing to the problem. Cars are a bag of worms. It can be several things. The rough running sound could be from being flooded and the compression being a bit low due to the fuel washing the surfaces of oil etc. Or could be a slightly fouled plug or.............

well, the is that big harness of vac lines, under the upper intake, but its a pain in the %#@ and i don't want to mess with it, i'm about sure its my injectors, and the lack of compression, but i don't have the money for them, and i am working in my backyard putting up with this pa weather, and have a bad battery .... odds are stacked huh?
