I dont think it would look that great, but Im not one for aftermarket appearance mods anyway. That being said I think the scoop wouldnt completely cover the opening on the TII hood and would leave the front part of the opening exposed, which IMO would look like a 16 yr old ricer boy trying to be cool....

that being said give it a try. ther are plenty of guys who have wreked STi's so there should be plenty of scoops at the junkyard

Well then why does it matter that you get no air over 120mph? YOu have a front mount. Plus anything other than stock, like said above, would look a bit ricey. I like stock look over aftermarket any day of the week

it would look like ****. this has been brought up before, someone set a wrx scoop on an FC, it looked sooo bad. the fc is sleek and smooth and the scoop is bulky and boxy and aggressive and it doesnt match and it looks like *****.

That bigass thing would just slow you down at 120 MPH...

If you want an aftermarket hood, get a reverse scoop hood meant for the FC... IIRC they will suck the hot air out of the engine bay, rather than trying to force more air into it, which would do wonders for cooling (of both the IC and the engine). They also don't increase drag (...at least not much).

Imo, adding something like this would look much better than trying to rig something up from another car
