steering wheel shakes

Steering wheel start to shake every time i turn my steering wheel. It starts to shake or vibrate alot after one full turn of the steering wheel. I wonder is that mean my steering rack is goin bad or my power steerting pump belt is loose?

Check inner and outer tie rods. I have never heard of a loose belt causing vibration in a power steering system.

the loose belt i experienced when i was driving my aunts car, it was reliant K, i hate those car, fugly n ****. The wheel started to vibrate or shake. So i stop and took to the mechanic n they loose steering belt and they tighten and that problem was fix. Also i was thinking how can that happen, if it was loose belt i dont think the ps will work properly too. But im not sure
