Steering Shake, rear brakes?

Ok i've posted before about my steering problem, the wheel shakes some times at high speeds 50mph+, today i noticed that if i pull the parking brake while going around 60 (not hard enough to lock the wheels) my whole car shakes really bad. Bad rear rotors maybe?

High speed shakes that are intermittant are often due to tie rod/ball joint issues. Can also be caused by bearings.

As for your rear shake, simply pull off the wheels and rotate by hand while "eyeballing" the rotor. Any warpage that severe will easily show itself.

Aaron do you think the rear bearings could cause the skake? I've pretty much thrown out the idea that it's in the front end since i replaced everything up there and still have the same probelm. (BTW when i say everything i mean everythin, i got a parts car and swapped the front suspension and steering from that.)

More likely it's the rotors...By the time bearings get that bad, they are generally growling, jamming, and causing the car to pull...

You should be able to feel the car shaking through the seats etc if from the rear. I remember the earlier thread. Still got to think something wrong in the front if wheel vibrates. Did you switch the tires, front to rear and check for a bent rim?
