Cool Steering Column Grounding

OK, so incase you missed it: https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/immediate-help-engine-wont-stop-422634/

Prepare to have a good laugh.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I'm an idiot and I didn't ground the steering column, which would explain the car not shutting off.

Now, it's been several weeks since I pulled my dash and I just got everything hooked up back up: (see: https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/my-big-fat-wiring-project-help-422059/) anyway...

My question is... grounding.

Do I just screw that gigantic bolt into the steering column and, does that ground it? Or is there a cable that needs to go around the bolt first? Is this even my problem?

Thanks,
iSP33D-for-J3SUS

P.S. Can't wait to get this thing running.
