steering angle spacers... again

yeah i know.. ive read up on this a bit, i thought..

im going to use the washers tomorrow but i was hoping that someone could tell me what size the ID hole has to be. i want to get everything before i tear my car down.

i know that the thickest washer i can use is .3 and i should go with .25 and that i might need to grind off a bit of the rod. so i know about it and have researched, just need that little bit of info. thanks guys

It's easy, I just took the tie rod with me to the hardware store and picked out some washers. You don't need to grind the rod off though, dont do that! You might need to grind a bit off the washers but that's about it. And dont go any further than 1/4"

Oh and have some patience lol
