Starts stumbling at 4000 rpm or above!!
I own a 1988 rx7 and this weekend all the emission controls were finally put back on the car. When we started it up it ran better than usual and no longer smoked but when we drove it loss power at 4000rpm and stumbled all over itself while backfiring whats up? Is there something on the acv that we need to adjust?

Throttle position sensor. There is a shaft that connects your throttle plates, this shaft extends outside the throttle body where you will see the sensor. As far as adjustments go, check out the factory service manual for instructions.
