Starting Issues
I had a rebuilt 13b N/A installed in my car about 1800 miles ago and for some reason it wont start right away when completely cooled. The engine will crank over for about 3 seconds, then ignite. Once the engine is warm, starting only takes 2 or 3 turnovers. Any idea why it takes so long to crank when cold?

Useing a stock fuel pump??? If so, check the fuel pump, the internal anti back flow valve may be bad.
If that is the case, the longer the car has sat, the less fuel is sitting in the fuel line, so it takes longer to refill the fuel line all the way up.
