Starting issue. (video)

So here's the background to this story. I recently noticed that my fuel tank sprung a small leak, and have been looking to get another one, while still driving the car.
On my way home from work the other night, my gas light came on about a mile from my house and I ran out of gas shortly thereafter (more quickly then usual)

I called a friend and had them bring me gas, I put in 2 gallons and tried to start my car, it started briefly but I was unable to move it, it almost died every time I got on the gas, then my battery died from cranking/ lights being on for so long.
At this point a cop decided he would be awesome and push my car off of the highway.

I pushed it into my driveway and pulled the battery to charge it.
I got a good charge on the batt and put 2 more gallons of gas in, and started the car.

It started rough then revved up to 3k rpm then died here is a video

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

I put new platinum spark plugs in like a week ago, when I pulled them to check for flooding they were black, so I cleaned them and put them back in, same issue

any info is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

-Miles

It's just a possibilty but when you run out of gas in a tank that is older than old then you are pulling all the crap off the bottom of the tank and this could be contributing to the clogging of the fuel sock and or fuel filter and stressing out the fuel pump. Not good.

That is what I was thinking especially since the hole is from rust (As far as I know)
I pulled the plugs at one point and had no spark (I assume because the batt was low) I guess I will just have to pull the fuel pump assembly and take a look at the sock
