Question Starting Issue

Ok so i'm having a big problem with my TII.. Every time i start it on a cold start it starts up fine.. but if i turn it off after at least 5 minutes of driving it starts acting up and doesn't want to start. Anyone have any idea whats going on? I've already looked around the forums and no one seems to answer the question to my problem. Can anyone tell me what might be wrong with my car? is it time for a rebuild? The only things i've done to my car are:

-NGK spark plugs & wires
-3 inch turbo back with resonator
- HKS BOV
-intake

Can any shed some light on me cause its been a real pain

your car might be flooding cause of short distance drives. rotarys are known to flood if not fully warmed up

Check for spark and proper fuel pump and fuel system pressure. Fuel strainer or filter may be extremely clogged. If these are good then pull the AFM and see how it runs. Mine actually ended up being a wire for the AFM, who knows it could be your problem also.
