Need a little help here...It's been a long time since I've worked on my 7 (blew an apex seal). Anyway, I rebuit the motor a few months ago and after I put it in, my baby just doesn't want to start. Here's what I've done:

1) Rebuilt Motor
2) New used JDM Tranny
3) Relocated the battery
4) FD Alt upgrade
5) New Battery

After putting everything in, here's what I'm experiencing:
1) Engine cranks
2) Fuel pump whirls
3) I've got spark
BUT...
4) Dash board lights do not come on (not the back light when the head lights are on)
5) Interior Lights are also out
6) Car won't start

At first I thought it was the battery harness...I took mine out and rewired the Pos and Neg for the starter. I've also checked all the fuses and they are good. But still...same result.

The car's been sitting for about 2 years now so before I start yanking stuff out to check if the front harness has somehow been cut (mice) or messed up, I wanted to get some input from the experts on the forum.
