Starting ECU without car
I'm working on telemetry for stock ECU and want to wire up it without car and force to run diagnostics. Already done some tests but not sure about few pins.

Connected:
3J Battery -> +12v
3G Ground -> G
2R Ground -> G
3A Ground -> G
2C Ground -> G
1A Diag -> diodeA
1B Diag -> diodeB
Not sure:
3B Starter switch
3I Main relay
When powering up, the diodes blink very fast. The current is very low (few mA). When connecting 3B Starter switch on 12V, the current rising and about 2V appear on 3I Main relay pin. And nothing happen next. At least the diodes should blink err. code #1 (crank angle sensor).
Should the "3I Main relay" also be powered or it's some kind of output? From schematic it seems like output but.. https://gyazo.com/82efdd7a719872464c46be634ac0514c
Maybe someone already tried similar stuff?

there is only one person who went farther then this, but he disappeared a couple years ago claiming he could make our stock ECUs programmable through a PC, he sent a couple back to people (I believe) and they had issues with them and he disappeared. IIRC his name on here was SonicRat, if you search for some of his threads, it may help you out on what your going for

apply 12v to pin 3I, everything else you have appears to be correct.
