Explain this a little better, you mean on the solonoid? Or do you mean, you have two big-*** black wires and you're not sure which is which? The one with the yellow-stripe and a circle ring is the ground, it should be bolted onto the transmission with the tranny bolt just above the starter. The one that looks like it's recantuglar is for the starter, is that what you mean?

Yes, you are correct. Sorry for the delay, there is like a little 10 or 12 mm bolt right on the top of the trann (it's not facing the engine, it's pointing up and down) It gets connected there. Mine broke off so I just ran another ground to the tranny bolt

yes, it is. I had to do this on my GXL. I ran a big wire from the front cover to my negative terminal, and a couple on the other side of the engine to the chassis, and one that comes around to the negative terminal as well.
