car wouldnt start. so tapped the starter with a hammer, then it turned slowly like it didnt have any juice. so i pulled the starter and had it tested it passed. what should i do next. i think i am getting a good connection.

 

charge the battery, check grounds, check the battery to make sure it is good..

when u cranks the car over this morning did it "click" or did it crank over?

I am now the owner of that car and im having the same problem now
