IT STARTED!!!! ... Then after 10 seconds cuts off!

Well, I am not sure what I am doing wrong BUT ive got my car to start *cheer* and now it cuts out after 10 seconds of being on. The RPM's slowly die and throttle doesnt change anything, so it seems like my fuel pump runs then cuts off. Anyone had an issue like this before? when the car is on before fuel cuts off I can rev it and I get more white smoke then you could imagine , probably all the carb-cleaner/brake cleaner used on the engine components though. If anyone has any ideas that would be fantastic. or if your in the herndon area and want to stop by and help, I will buy you dinner! lol

Thanks

okay new information, The Pump ISNT cutting off, maybe injectors are, maybe ignition is, Maybe its just stalling out for some weird reason, but I hard-wired the pump to on and that didnt help.

is your afm harness destroyed? when i swapped my engine in, i didn't clip it in, and the smog pump destroyed it, causing my afm not to function and thus stall upon idling. check into that.

You might run the fuel pressure tests prescribed in the FSM. If there is a Harbor Freight near you, they have a fuel pressure tester for $10. I got one, worked great.

Have you pressurized the system to look for leaks? Mine wouldnt idle because of a leak at one of the primary injectors. Seems like a pretty tiny leak compared to the brake assist vacuum line being off.

the system has been pressured and leak test/smell tested by running the pump and sniffing around with the UIM off.

What settings do I need to mess around with to make the sensors do this richening for me. I am so befuddled I want to RUN!!!!!! please help

Alright TPS adjustments and it is RUNNING, except it idles like ****, again playing with the AFM and richening it seems to get it running better. how do I adjust the variable resistor? mine is covered in glue. I have no bac, or any emissions, where my split air pipe was I have a hole but everyone says that doesnt matter ???
