Car is an 86 n/a btw, pretty much stock other than street port, intake, exhaust. I am really stumped and I REALLY don't want to take the manifold off again. I am not super mechanically inclined I've just been learning everything myself and it was a pain in the ***.
Video isn't helpful. Just shows the car idling pretty steadily.
Rough running when accelerating or revving could be ignition related. Check your spark plugs. Check any grounds that you might have touched while removing the intake manifold. Recheck your work. You could have torn an injector o-ring while installing for example.

Here's a video of it running normal, exhaust is smoking because it was cold and wet so don't worry about that. It is at a higher rpm because I just cold started it, but you should be able to tell the difference. It is much smoother sounding.
Since you disturbed the manifold and injectors, theres a high likelihood you have a vacuum leak on one or both rotors. I had a leak around the injectors when I replaced the rubber injector bushings. Since then, I just put a thin amount of RTV to seal the bushings to the manifold. Another possibility is that the vacuum lines didn't go back to the correct ports, or one came off. Double check your vacuum lines and see if there are leaks around your injectors. Small vacuum leaks can be a nuisance.
