Started running bad after taking off and replacing manifold.

I removed the upper intake manifold and injectors to check the injectors for leaking (flooding issues). After reinstalling everything, new rubbers for injectors, new gasket, etc., I got it running again, however now it sounds very rough and rumbly anything below 4k rpm. It sounds as if it has a very aggressive port or a cammed v8, although I just have a street port. There is also a noticeable loss of power in the low range (almost stalled it a few times getting moving). Once I hit 4k it runs normal but below that it vibrates like crazy and runs bad. Ran fine before. What could I have done wrong to make it run like this? I checked for vacuum leaks with some brake clean as far as I can tell there aren't any.

Car is an 86 n/a btw, pretty much stock other than street port, intake, exhaust. I am really stumped and I REALLY don't want to take the manifold off again. I am not super mechanically inclined I've just been learning everything myself and it was a pain in the ***.

Video isn't helpful. Just shows the car idling pretty steadily.
Rough running when accelerating or revving could be ignition related. Check your spark plugs. Check any grounds that you might have touched while removing the intake manifold. Recheck your work. You could have torn an injector o-ring while installing for example.

Here's a longer video:
It is not idling normal, the rpm is normal but it's got noticeably more shaking and a kinda rumbling sound, I think it's misfiring below ~3.5-4k.
Here's a video of it running normal, exhaust is smoking because it was cold and wet so don't worry about that. It is at a higher rpm because I just cold started it, but you should be able to tell the difference. It is much smoother sounding.

Also I have checked grounds already and I'm certain the spark plugs are fine I did them less than 5k ago

Since you disturbed the manifold and injectors, theres a high likelihood you have a vacuum leak on one or both rotors. I had a leak around the injectors when I replaced the rubber injector bushings. Since then, I just put a thin amount of RTV to seal the bushings to the manifold. Another possibility is that the vacuum lines didn't go back to the correct ports, or one came off. Double check your vacuum lines and see if there are leaks around your injectors. Small vacuum leaks can be a nuisance.

Update: something must have fallen into the engine, rear rotor has 75 25 25 compression so my dumbass blew the motor working on it.
