Started the Rebuild on the TII
I just started putting my car back together today. I bought a J-spec engine and it will take three weeks to get here. My question is...while I have the engine out....how hard is it to convert from power steering to rack and pinion with no power assist? Similar to a Ferrari. I haven't really looked into it...and I wondered what I would need and how hard it would be.

I plan on dropping in a manual rack when I get around to pulling my engine (halfway there). What's a good source for the parts? Can I just order one from Mazda or Pepboy's?
BTW...how long does it take for a J-Spec engine to come in once you order it?
