start collecting parts for T2 swap need ECU help

What ECU came in the 88 T2? what is the difference between the 87 and 88?? It would be going in a 88 GTU.. thanks

N333 is '88 and N332 is '87...
There were slight differences in the chassis wiring...

No, that would be wrong.

The ECU and wiring changes in the models changed in the 87.5, not in 88.

You can use either an n332 or n333.

my gtu has a N333.. now i am stumped.. why would a N/A have a T2 ECU..
