Stalls out when warm

Today my car tended to stall out only after it had been driven hard though. Like if i was driving it hard then just took my foot off the gas and breaked it would slowly drop raise a few rpms then just stall out but, if I was cruising normally it wouldnt stall out. Any idea what this could be?

ALso after it stalled out it would have a hard time starting up. The car also seems like it is running rich. I plan on doing rtek to hopefully fix that.

this is on an 87 TII

Thanks
