I just got my SSAutochrome exhaust.

My SS Autochrome exhaust came in today (pics up soon!). I'd have to say, it's much better then what i was expecting. Sure the quality probably isn't as good as Corksport, but for only paying $240, it's not bad at all!

Also, no I don't have a T2, but i need a new catback and i'll have a T2 engine soon so i thought I would kill 2 birds with one stone. The catback part of the setup should fit the NA's. At least i'll find out this weekend when i install it.

Edit: Pics!

You do know that they build the Corksport one for them, don't you???

It is the same exact system, just without the CS logo plate on the muffler and with a extra silencer, that corksport charges extra for.

Yeah I know this is a direct rip off of CS, but it's cheaper and I'm poor Someday I'll get RB catback, but not right now.

Pics of the downpipe:

I didn't realize that. Man it looks really good from the pics actually... Quality looks pretty darn good to me.

Wonder if they make a dual setup?

corksport doesn't make their own system neither does SSautochrome but they both buy from the same supplier.

The catback will bolt directly to your cat. I have this exhaust on both my NA and TII. Clips below are of the exhaust on both cars.

Hehehe, I told my roommates it came with a silencer and they think it'll be quiet now. Hahahaha

I wonder if the emissions place will accept it though...

i picked this up for my FC.. its loud, ..so loud i had cops called on my by the neighbors. ..lol
Haven't tested it enough to feel for gains,.. but i can tell you that there are no silencing qualities to it! I didn't know its the same as the Corksport system.. i can at least take a little comfort in that.

They had a dual system go for 375 (i think) on ebay. It looks awesome. I looked on their web site but all I saw was the single. If anyone knows that I can get one directly from them let me know!

I just got mine installed. RB collected header, 3" spacer, ssautochrome rest... Sounds DEEP at idle, awesome with slow revs, blip the throttle, and you bust your left eardrum. I'm a happy camper.

BTW, the silencer insert thing really works, but you have to drill a couple more holes and bolt it in well so it doesn't rattle.
