Squirting gear oil!?

OK for the past week I have noticed that oil mysteriously is on my windshield, face, etc. I figured it out that it is coming from my shifter. The bushing is so worn(torn) that gear oil shoots up. It's not a big deal but I thought it was funny so I decided to post.

Yeah, I don't find gear oil on my face funny either. To me, that's a major annoyance. The smell of gear oil is my number one disliked odor in the garage.

Get that inner boot fixed!

I already the part from mazdatrix. Never powershift!. Don't get me wrong I don't like the smell either but I just thought it was funny that it actually shoots up to my windshield.
