Neither....got to my myspace and watch my vid of me at the track, then look at the credits at the end and you'll see what kind of springs I use. I had the teins they suck, my friend had those red ones and they suck too. When you see the credits you'll read what I have. I'm a cheap bastard and of course it all depends what you want to do with the car.

Why dont you just tell him what springs you have instead of making him watch a video of you.

I heard Eibach springs are not bad, but then again... When you redo your suspension and you look at the final cost it gets pretty damn close to a nice new set of coilovers, which is the dilemma I am in.

For show, just get whatever matches your car. I don't know the brand of the first picture, but Tein impresses most car show fans, plus they come with ricer stickers.

For performance use Eibach.

If you want stiff get RS*R Race springs. I love the handling and it is't too harsh with tokico non adjustables.

i'd have to agree with you on that one, everyone said good things about rs*r, and i need the stiffest springs i could possibly get
