Spring Recommendation?

Aside from going with a full coilover setup, has anyone had any good results from just springs and maybe a good set of adjustable shocks like Koni's ?

Someone said they liked the tanabe GF springs. Also, I heard Ground Control is good... and some people are using tein.

Verts are more heavy so they made a different spring rate for them : )

It really depends on what's the application. For street driving and looks any lowering spring will be good. For street/track driving, I'd say the ground controls with konis or something. For track, coilovers of course.

I am using Tein adjustables and they are exceptional. I am able to truly refine my oversteer and understeer well with them.
