Which spring rate????
i am thinking about getting Ground Control Adjustable Height Spring Kit to go with my KYB AGX's what spring rate should I go with, if i want some nice handling on street and still be able to take it to the track.... they offer:
Eibach 2 1/2 I.D. race springs
Additional springs are available from our large inventory for testing or different track setups. Available are: 275 lbs./in., 300, 325, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 650, and 700. We also have 175, 200, 225, 250, 375, and 475 available in other brands.
Prices range from $ 45.00 to $ 62.00 depending on spring rate and quantity.
I was thinking i wouldnt need more than a 400 lbs./in.
what is everyone's input?

For my ground controls I went with 350 front and 275 rear with tokico illuminas. It's more than I'll ever need and provides a plenty stiff ride. If you plan to still drive it on the street I wouldn't go over 400 in the front and say 325 rear, but that's my opinion.
