Spoiler
R u looking for something like the one on the pic?
I am looking to get a spoiler, whale fin style... Anyone have an idea where I can pick up a "less expensive" one? Maybe a used one?
Also, I really want to spruce up my tail lights... I am not a "car fixer person" can do just about anything with good directions, any ideas?

From my understanding when it comes to wheel/tire width you have to look at the "footprint" of the tire. The footprint is the shape of the section of tire that touches the ground at any given time and it is a relatation ship between the tire width and diameter(sp?)
so if you have a wheel with a large diameter and a small width like 18x7 your footprint will look like this: (___)
and if you have a wheel with a small diameter and a large width like 16x9 your footprint will look like this: (__) < only "taller"... hard to show with brackets.
a wider footprint will provide more traction in a straight line but a narrower footprint will improve handeling.
Of course with our cars you can go with a staggered set up (having wider wheels in the back) and get the best of both worlds... so to speak.
i hope i havent screwed anything up... i just remember this conversation from team-integra.net... and those guys have to strive for every bonus they can get

Phoenix7, I agree 100% w/ you, I don't really like it but if I go back to the OEM spoiler I would have to re-paint the car. The paint on the car is too expensive and I'm looking to go back to Black which is the original color. The paint its on it is beautiful but it brings too much attention. Hope toget it re-painted some time in the future.

Hate to break it to you but air doesn't care what wheels drive the car.
There are some VERY tasty spoilers made for hondas. For instance, look up "duckbill wing eg6" Nothing says sexy like an eg sitting on old school wheels (think sportmax 002's or ssr type-x) with a spoon style front lip, sir skirts, oem stanley tails and headlamps and a duckbill wing. Love that look. Functional, smooth and stylish.
Post more wangan wings!
