Split Air Pipe??

Split Air Pipe??
OK, I went out and replace my front exhaust system with a racing pipe.. Now, what do I do with the Split Air Pipe?? Currently I have removed it and just left the hose section by the engine on.. Do I need leave it open or plug it or what?? Thanks for the help!!

i plugged mine but i kept it open for awhile... theres no diffrence i think.., RB sells a block off plate for that... just block if off with whatever u want to spend the 6$ and the block off plate..
