make sure wires are connected properly to the back of the headunit

my subs cut out once and a while because my connectors are loose

you should check to see that they arent grounding out or check to make sure they arent out of phase. check your wiring and check to make sure your radio settings are set accordingly.

the keys come with the deck you purchased. you can go up to a best buy and talk to a car stereo installer and ask if they have any extra sets laying around. if you want to wait a few days i can ship you a set free of charge.

Did you remember to bypass the stock amplifier for the door speakers located behind the passenger side knee bolster?

If not, two ways to do it. One: rewire. Rewiring is ridiculous. Two: Disconnect both connectors from the amplifier, connect together.

you dont have to use a key to get to the headunit
lol you can go the road i went and take out the whole panel..
-take off shifter surrounding
- pull ashtray out and remove 2 screws behind it
-remove heating vents and remove 2 screws behind it
-wiggle panel off and tada you can get to the back of the headunit(removing shiftknob as well will make it a hell of a lot easier)
