Sparks plugs+warm start

hey yo. I have a 88TII spreetported.
What are good spark plugs for me to get I'm pushing around 10 psi if that matters........ also I was reading past posts and it seems like this could be a way to get my car to start after I have had it on instead of waiting 20 mins- and hour ......
anything else I can do to fix that warm start ploblem?

NGK-p . fuel-cut off switch/ search will give you all the info you need . good luck and kick some rice/*** for me.PEACE. ex...
