Spark Problems

We have a 1988 Gen 2 Rx7. The original engine blew an an apex seal so we ordered a new rebuilt 13B. The wire harness was removed completely from the car and then dressed on the new engine. We installed the engine but there was no spark. Theres power to the coils but nothing being put out, and the coils have been checked. So we thought it might be the computer. Replaced that still nothing. Maybe it could be an unplugged wire or blown fuse. No spark. Any Ideas?

No I do not. When I first turn the key on I get 1 click from the injectors when spinning the CAS. I think that I may have got a ECU when I replaced the 2nd one. The coils at .5 L .7 T ohms BR/WHT at boost control 5.1 volts. My first ECU was definatly bad it had 3 buned spots on it.
THANKS
