A fouled spark plug has oil/gas/crap in it's gap, and no longer fires cleanly, if it fires at all.

ok the reason why i was asking is because i was getting a little bit of black smoke out my exhaust it started after i went to get some gas. i think i got a bad batch of gas because the car was running perfect until i gas on friday night. now what it is doing is it will run it will idle but after the car get nice and warm and i start driving it will hesitate so bad that i would have to pull over or i have to rev the **** out of it for it to get moving. what do you think run out that bad gas then change the spark plugs? also what size do i use to take those spark plugs out? my tool is to small for it

Pull the plugs and take alook at them. I have a spark plug cleaner so I reuse my plugs even if their fouled out. It's like a little sand blaster deal that goes on an air line. I don't remember off the top of my head the size of the plugs.

you'll get hesitation when your plugs are fouled, and you'll flood more.

The key to determining if the plugs are fouled is the color of the center insulator. The fuzzy photo seems to indicate that the center insulator is covered with black, unburned carbon material. If that's the case, they are most likely fouled and require cleaning, or better yet, replacement. If the center insulator is light brown, you are OK.

When it comes to cleaning mine all I do is get a lighter and burn the excess oil/gas.... And BOOM BAAM there clean!

Rotary engines eat steel leading plugs. About 1 set every 2 oil changes.
Platinum plugs will go 4-5 oil changes.
Iridum plugs are beyond my budget.

Best plug/value leading- NGK BUR7EQP trailing- NGK BUR9EQ

the plugs i have are NGK spark plugs and they are black! i mean as black as my tires, also the middle is really nasty and i can barely see the center. Now this all started when i got some gas on friday. and the problem is once the car gets warm it doesn't want to go anywhere. it sits there and backfires and hesitates and then i will get one big push then it will back fire more. now the other day i had my wife sit in the car and step on the gas and the exhaust smelled so bad. i thought i had eggs in my exhaust it was nasty! what could it be that my exhaust smells so bad and why is it that my car runs fine when it is cold once it warms up it doesn't want to go anymore what is that all about?
