Exclamation Where's is the MAP sensor wire located?

Where's is the MAP sensor located?

I am the proud owner of a Rx-7 turbo II (86-mod, but the engine is 91). I have a chip that I know should be wired on the MAP sensor on the control unit, but I can't find out where it is located. I have 53 alternatives, but I can't try out all of them, because my car doesn't get enough fuel. That is what the chip is for. I know that it is very inconvenient for the engine if it won't get sufficient with fuel, so please help me making my Rx-7 totally functional again. So where is the wire to the MAP sensor coming out of the Control Unit, and which colour?

thanx

Wow, I hope your right, I'm so happy I'm almost crying now. I'm going out at once to fix it, and be back on the road again. The factory service manual is just confusing, and I couldn't find anything bout the MAP sensor in it...

It's called a "pressure sensor" if you are turbo, "boost sensor" if you are NA. Go figure.

I assume you are wiring in an FCD? If so, do it at the ECU end to keep it out of the hot engine bay. I've seen them melt before.
