Spark plugs

I am thinking of changing spark plugs and wires altogether, so I called up a parts shop to check availability and price.
They got two kinds of spark plugs, both from NGK, and I basically do not know which one to go. My rx7 is just slow NA not modified much, and I am not looking for any upgrade to make it better.
So my question is are those expansive ones worth. Since they only have crappy wires which are sub $20, I do not know good spark plugs alone will really makes any differences.

Yes they are worth it. However, the cheap wires are not. I've seen cheap wires last only 1k miles and be worse off than used name brand wires at 100k.

NGK plugs, 2 # BUR7EQ and also 2 BUR9EQ. Two for leading and two for trailing.

Changing spark plugs with a/c and all the other stock **** in the way is a bitch. I changed mine today, they were fouled up pretty good. I could hardly get my arm with a ratchet down to the plugs, good thing im skinny!! When I was done my arm was all scratched up and red. The first time I changed plugs was on an 86 n/a with no a/c nothing, so the plugs were like right there.

^^^ I'm surprised you haven't switched to 10 heat range plugs. I am using the B10EIX.

With help from ppl here, I changed them today. Thank you for you help.

I bought BUR7EQ and BUR9EQ 2 of each with NGK wires at the end, instead of buying crappy wire sets. Previous owner put BUR7EQ everywhere for some reasons that are unknown to me.

One thing I found is that spark plugs for the front rotor have a lot more deposits on them. Does it ring a bell to anyone?
