spark plugs

i need new spark plugs....i need to know whats the best out there for turbo II...i know im getting NGK but what model should i get....i searched but its all about FDs

do you guys recommend using 9s in all 4 though? ive ehard thats good...or should i get the 7s and the 9s

I would stick with stock unless you begin to have problems with them. The only reason you need the other ones in there is when you start to run higher temps in the engine, usually with more power.

Platinum's last 2-3 times as long.
I use platinum in the leading & steel in the trailing.
That way they all wear out together.

Has anyone noticed the RX-8 plugs are Iridium?
I can't wait to see the price on those. (not)

Used NGK's since car was new '89TII. About 2 years ago thought I'd try the Denso Iridium plugs. After install, T1 stopped firing 570 miles. Pulled them out returned them and put the NGK's back in...No more problem.

Sureshot: iridium will probably set them into the 40-60$ range. ******* retarded.

Anyways, you should use NGK 7 in the leading an 9 in the trailing. The 9's are a hotter plug I do believe. I forget the exact #. If you need it I can go look.

i was told by a few people to use 9 all around...its running better now....i have 7s also for the leads if i have to swap them
