Question spark plug stuck in the trailing of the rear housing

So I found an anniversary edition for sale and the seller noted this to me (spark plug stuck in the trailing of the rear housing). Im not very knowledgable but appreciate the car very much and was wondering if any can tell me if this can be done without any major tools and know-how or should this type of problem be left for professionals to deal with.

Thanks for any help.

Get a rachet with a 13/16 socket. Put a 4ft bar on the rachet and turn really really hard.

Edit: soak it with a penetrating oil or something for a day or two before doing this.

I have an 88 no anniv and when I was changnie my plugs it was really, really tight and hard to get me hand to the rear ones... Im guessing youre all saying he'll have to take the engine out to do it especially if he wants to saok it in oil for a day??

no...that's not what they're saying at all.

get some PB blaster (penetrating oil) and liberally spray it all over the plug. let it sit and spray somemore. try and take it off. if not, do it again. get a wratchet/wrench to take it off and use a breaker...something to put on the wrench to give more leverage. hopefully its not cross threaded or something because then you'll need to retap threads .

First off in rereading that post dam I sound hella esl... Sorry...

Nextly, oilin the plug up will be hard cuz of what I firstly said, theres really no room to get your hand in there let alone finding like a pipe to give the wrench leverage... Thats what Im curious about cuz to me it would mean taking the engine out just to clearly get in there...

you can find a way to oil it, trust anything can be done if it really needs to be. as for the the bar use a 1/2" breaker bar and if that doesnt work put a pipe on it. I that doesnt work your screwd because it's not coming out, In order to avoid this problem again use anti-sieze with the next plugz you put in.

try holding the can upside down and lowering it into the engine bay. I am not trying to flame you it just sounds like you've already given up.

also: take out the leading and spray oil UP to try and get some on the threads on the inside... or, just leave the plug in there and change the other three.. I'm sure it will work fine

but if it's cross threaded... chances are real good it's fucked. Like, fucked enough that the engine will need to be rebuilt and that housing replaced.
