spark plug ? runnin 9's all around?

heard this is a good performance mod but dont know anyone with experience doing this over time... any opinions? any proof? and any possibility of it being bad?

if your talking about the BUR9EQ's they just run cooler there is no peformance out of this maybe better fuel? but highly doubtful.

im just gunna be running around 8-9 pounds, will it actually change anything though? possibly do any harm?

10psi on what turbo? If its stock or less than 60mm you don't need to be colder than stock heat range.
