You mount them to a roll bar. You'll also need some seats that have the proper holes for the shoulder straps. If you don't do it this way then it'll be less safe than the stock system. Mounting the belts to the body makes the angle too steep, possibly resulting in spinal compression in an accident, or the straps will be too long and stretch too much, possibly leading to other injuries or allowing you to slip out. In a rollover, without a roll bar the roof can collapse in on you and with a harness on you won't be able to lean sideways like with stock belts and you'll be crushed. Without a proper seat, the belts can easily slide off your shoulders in an accident and kill you.
Think of safety stuff as a system, it's not just a collection of parts.

Basically what he said. Under the carpeting you'll find various screw holes to put in eye bolts. 2 Under the bins and 2 beside the seat. No idea on the crotch strap tho.
Where'd you get your sig? Lol I made that like 2-3 years ago.

For the lap belt you can use the stock points and use eye bolts if you want it removable, or just bolt the new bits on top. The crotch strap will need to be drilled and you'll need a large washer (ie 2" diameter or so) under it.
IT'S NOT SAFE UNLESS YOU HAVE A ROLL BAR AND PROPER SEATS!
