Arrow Spal Electric Fan - which temp sensor?

I need an electric fan as I no longer can use a conventional one due to my vmount.

I was looking at a spal 16" curved fan. Does anyone else have this fan?

If I were to order this fan, would I want a 185 or 195* temperature sensor?

Thanks you!

I used a 185 switch. What rad are you running?

Does the Fan your looking at have a shroud?

I used a Villager/Quest fan and the shroud is almost a perfect fit on a koyo. The fans huge and pulls lots of air. Run a search. Theres a few threads on it. I got mine for $70 with the factory connector from the junkyard for a clean install.

Thanks for the tip!

Running a rotary works vmount radiator.

The spal fan has a "shroud gasket" which just looks like a rubber seal.

Make sure that "shroud gasket" covers all or at least most of your radiator.

I have a 14" single speed curved blade fan you can have if you need something to get you by. It doesnt have a shroud tho.
