i dont know what the hell is wrong with the forum


Why might i sometimes have trouble boosting to normal levels(6-10) at RPM's which normally would making such PSI.
once in a while, the car just runs like ****, kinda rough, low idle, and slower rev'ing, cant get it to boost more then 2-3, and i get the 3,800 or so hesitation.

but then sometimes its just fine.

vacuum leak? any ideas?

either vacume leak or your turbo is dying (only two possible options). Check the shaft play on your turbo first if there is none then you are good if there is some then you will need to replace your turbo! good luck! I hope it is a vacume leak!

 

i have a feelings its some sort of vacuum leak, but ill deffinally check the turbo play.
Its such a pain in the *** to find a vacuum leak.

also, can a clogged cat make the car ride like ****? i really have to get the new one welded in.

 

The TPS is prob f*cked up too, i get a rough idle at start up sometimes.

 

check your compression while your in the engine bay anyways...
