Somethings wrong with my clutch on my S5

a bit about the car-
The thing is that when i bought the car it use to turn off when you put it in gear,
so i took it to a rx7 shop, turned out that it needed a couple of new gaskets, and new oil lines and vacuum lines, and they only charged me 320.00

Problem and quest.-
Well when they brought it back from the shop they said that the slave cylinder is not working right so i changed it but the thing is the clutch stays down when i press it, it doesn't stay down everytime I press it but it does it a couple of times
What could it be?

how it drives-
I drove it yesterday it runs great but the transmission is a little noisy up till 4th gear i might rebuild it.

Have you bled the clutch after you introduced all the air into the system when you changed the slave?

I did bled the new slave cylinder
i pressed the clutch like 80 times and it felt o.k.
unless it takes a long while to really bleed the slave then i could do it again

If the tranny is noisy, and the clutch stays on the ground, its probly a broken release bearing or fork. Either that or your masters is gone too.

How much do you guys think it might cost me to fix the transmission so it wont make any more noise?

Well a friends uncle knows how to fix transmissions
and he said that to rebuild it he would charge me $300.00 is that a good price
if it was just to replace the release barings then he would charge me lesser

does that sound like a good price
