Someone please help my car is all messed up

I just recently did an engine swap and now my car starts but then stalls right away. When I start it if i floor the gas it revs to about 3000 rpm then dies and if i start it and hold the throttle and about 1500 rpm the car runs for about 10 seconds then dies. Its almost like im running out of fuel or something. I did a fuel pump test and fuel system test and its normal. Oh an when I crank the car over and floor the gas white smoke comes out the exhaust but i think thats because it hasnt been running in two weeks. The only thing I could think of is if I maybe have a messed up primary injector or something like that. Can someone please help me.

Check the AFM. Make sure that the flapper swings freely inside, and that the wires that go to it aren't broken.

Check to make sure that the plug leads are on the right plugs. Sounds stupid I know, but it is the kind of thing you can easily overlook.

Its the AFM, check the connector and the connection. My guess is that you did an S5 turbo swap? Also make sure your vacuum lines are done correctly.

Thanks a million you guys it was the afm. Being the dumbass I am I guess when I plugged the afm in i thought it would be a good idea to put the plug in upside down. Dont even ask how I managed to do that but it did.
