It looks exactly like the Mazdaspeed A-spec GT-Concept front nose for the FD, but its fitted on an FC.

Looks good on an FD, but I wouldn't want it on my FC. It's just not right. Initial D fans who've seen 4th Stage might recognize that...

i really dont like it. although that blue car is really cool. it doesnt flow with the fc's bodystyle. but if you wanted one, why dont you just buy a mazdaspeed bumper (or look-alike)and adjust it to fit the fc?

the ones with the fc's look like photoshop jobs.

IMO a body kit/bumper should BLEND with the car's natural factory given lines. i mean realy do you want it to have oddly proportioned gapping openings just so it LOOKs like a body kit, or dou you want it to look like it just rolled off the mazda floor, only sicker than how the did make it? that bumper is decent on the fd, but looks flat wrong on an fc if you ask me.

to each their own!

well, the size difference between an fc and fd shouldnt be that big a difference. if you know how to work with fiberglass and composites, it shouldnt be that hard.

if i were to make one, i would jsut use the bottom half of a mazdaspeed bumper. that way you might be able to keep some of the FC's lines and you dont get a bubble nose on a boxy car.

yea that would be key. the way it looks on the blue car is great... but i just noticed that car also has a widebody kit. Theres a KnightSports front bumper that looks a bit like the one we've been talking about... its $750 on some JDM website. It's pretty cool, has those same new-looking turn-signal lights and it has a side/front-scoop like the Mugen RSX. I might just go with that.

If you have any hope of replicating Carl's car, I hope you have 8 grand like he did to put into bodywork and paint, and that was doing it himself. The kit is by no means plug and play and he slaved over that blue car to get it to where it is today, (unfinished as well ) Good luck I believe the production run for those bumpers was 10 units. So your right someone has one but who are they and why would they give it up?

how is a four piece bodykit and fenders 8 grand? especially when you are doing it yourself. fiberglass isnt very expensive. neither is paint.
