some s4 n/a issues

well i'm having a few problems with my n/a s4 first one..

Issues Starting
well..at first i thought it was my plugs they were close to 15,000kms so i changed them along with new spark plug wires. my car fired right up and it was flooded a bit so i let it run for about 15 mins so it could clean itself out a tad.also after a few letting it sit for a few hours i went out and started it again and it was doing the same thing all over again but it started after a few times..it almost seems as if its getting too much fuel and not enough spark...

anyone who could help me with this would be great as its my main concern right now...

Heater

well my heater quit on me today and was just blowing cold air and the fan was still running could the vent not be switching to the heater panel could i have something blocking it? anyone who could help me with some form of instructions to acess it and possibly diagnose a problem would be awsome..

Heater: Search "logicon".
Starting: It does sound like flooding, but I dunno. Maybe something's making you run too rich for some reason and that's causing the floods? I assume the engine is still cranking when you turn the key. If it's not even cranking then you have an electrical problem (starter solenoid, no spark, battery, alternator, etc.).
