I have a question. What type of bit is best used for this porting of the wg??? I have an s4 with a full 3 inch exhaust 3 inch tid, fcd, mbc, safc2 and soon 720s and a walbro. I plan to port the tb and remove the extra flappers but i want to port the wg and the ports on the exhaust manifold. Can anyone let me know what type of bit to look for with this porting that can be found at homedepot/lowes??

It took me a while with a weak Dremel and some sanding stones. I wouldn't try it again though. It was a bit too tedious.

I now have a die grinder and various carbide burrs. You'll have to be a bit more careful with these things since they grind very fast. But if you're smooth, they're awesome. Even for porting on the engine irons too.

Whats a die grinder look like and how much does it cost. I have all kinds of attachments for my drill like the sanding stones but if I could use a bit that would make my job easier.

its really not that hard, you just gotta follow the wires, make sure you're soldering the right, set the settings correctly, and make sure you have a good base map

its alot harder when its 28 degrees outside and you're installing it in the parking lot.

It was running, good, wouldn't say nicely. During those old threads were the beginnings of the starting/haltech problems, I think that's why the price kept dropping. Each new thread had the problem getting worse and the price dropping

At least you got a good deal, wasn't too hard to fix either eh?
