Some Electronic Issues

Hello everyone,

I have been having some electronic issues lately without really touching my car.
First my turn signals stopped working
then my brake lights stopped working
then my odometer stopped working
aswell as the dash lighting.

do u guys have any leads i can follow to fix these problems? maybe some kind of loose grounds? its not the fuses, i checked those

What to check in order for each problem:

#1 blown fuse, or bad/disconnected CPU, wrong light switch harness.

#2 blown fuse, disconnected brake switch, or bad/unplugged CPU.

#3 Does the speedometer still work? If not, then your speedo cable is disconnected.

#4 is the dimmer turned up, if not then (as covered in the FAQ for FC sticky thread at the top of this section) you probably have a bad light switch or light switch harness or both.

Have you done work on the car recently? what have you changed?

and you should read the FAQ for FC sticky thread before posting. Many commonly asked questions (such as several you have asked here) are covered and answered there.

yeah ive done some work, and found some more stuff not working.

i changed the radiator
the battery
i opened up the trunk and tore all the way to fuel pump aswell

Also i have a bunch of clips in my engine compartment, underneath the air intake and afm. if u have any insight on what those clips could be than it would be appreciated

Also my speedometer is out, and ill be sure to check the speedo cable.

My fuel gauge is out, my oil pressure gauge is out, and my temperature gauge is out.

Thank you for the reply
