Solenoid Valve Identifications?

trying to troubleshoot my 6PI system, as it is not opening. i know the actuators work and open easily under low psi (2-3) from an external source, however i am not reading any psi from the source hoses at all (, ncluding under load upto 7k rpm. from what i could see while i had my manifolds off, the hoses leading to it are fine. so next up to be checked is the solenoid valve. however the FSM manual doesn;t say which one it is

veiwing them fromt he driverside across to the passangers side you have this:

12
345

#2 appears to be the valve for the VDI , but i am unsure what the others are, and haven;t seen anything int he FSM listing their functions

so which one is it that i should check?

also on a quasi related note, what pontential probelms would a pressure sensor that puts out too much voltage (4.79) at 100mmHG produce? what about a Fullrange TPS that is only showing 500ohms at WOT, 2500ohms at half throttle and 970ohms at rest, but the narrow range is within specs?

Are you sure that FSM is for an RX-7?

Look on page F1-7, the vacuum hose schematic. The solenoids are clearly shown, along with their functions and plug colours. The 6PI solenoid valve is in the #1 position and has a brown plug.
