This was from the FC3S list from a long time ago... unknown who really posted it. You can also buy the adapter from http://www.k2rd.com
The HKS part # for the '86-88 airflow meter adapter is # 17106-002188

NOPI carries it under part # 202+0120.- IT IS NOT LISTED ON THEIR WEB
SITE!!-CALL THEM!

I think Summit can get it too for around $15.00, they don't stock it, but
they will order it.

I ordered my K & N filter from Summit. I wanted to make sure it would fit,
so I was conservative and ordered the one that is 4" wide, 5" long, and must
have the 2 3/4" ID inlet (size of HKS adapter). The salesman said they
could custom order other sizes, and ones with offset inlets, etc., but that
one was in stock. They too do not list it online. CALL THE SERVICE LINE.

I now have an open air intake for less than $50.00!

(Just say "NO" to overpriced "kits" that all they do is put together the
same parts!)

I've gone for the cheapest airbox mod of all.
Remove the top of the airbox, then tape the stock filter in place.
A few more cold air ducts and you've got some real cheap BHP.
