So this is some of the work i have done since i bought my S4 TII

Here ya go guys thanks for all the questions and and information everyone on the forum has provided me with.
I tore apart everything on this motor except the LIM and the exhaust and turbo stuff etc....
Replaced all of the following
-BAC valve gasket
-Front main oil seal
-All turbo return line gaskets
-Water pump and gasket with water pump housing to motor gasket
-Fuel injector harness clips
-Re-did (knock sensor wiring, water temp sensor wiring and a couple of other clips -that needed some TLC)
-Painted and cleaned everything i removed.
-Resealed the oil filler neck to block which is why the whole engine bay was covered in oil crud.
-new fuel lines
-All new injector upper and lower grommets and O-rings
-new vacuum lines for Oil squirter air bleeds and some other new vacuum lines where they were needed.
-New intercooler hoses, except for intercooler to Throttle Body hose.
-New OMP O-ring
-OIL thermostat bypass pellet
-oil change to 20w50 Havoline
-Coolant flush and refill
and a wash with my pressure cleaner when everything was removed from the motor.

Here are some progress pics
don't have much plans to modify the car but mainly to bring it back to perfect condition
OH and try not to flame too much on the electrical tape color that i used on the wiring harness. AT LEAST ITS ALL FIXED AND IN TOTAL WORKING CONDITION. which is more than most can say about their Fc's wiring harness.

enjoy!

awesome yeah i thought that if i did it in a different color people would realize that the wiring harness is in great condition by the looks and it shows that work has been done to it. People are partial to having something that looks clean.
i cant wait to see how yours turns out thats for sure
Good luck

I don't see "replaced pulsation dampner" or "added banjo bolt" anywhere..don't burn up all that nice work

Then when U come up to one of these dudes (there like man U gonna put on a clod air exhaust and some headers but there **** needs a oil change and there dam engine could use a seroius cleaning with all the oil every were. But I can't say to much cuz i got a HKS intake and repalced my rusty *** cat. But all my add ons were tings dat need sum serious TLC.
Just finished today replacing all front suspension bushings with Engery Suspension and also repalced my tie rod and tie rod ends

yeah first thing I did was replace my turbo manifold when I bought mine cause it was cracked and sounded like a dirt bike then changed the exhaust cause it was craked so bad with holes in it, changed everysingle fluid, engine tranny, power steering, brake fluid, clutch, differential, now I just recently pulled the engine and changed everysingle gasket and o ring so there is zero seepage of oil, and cleaned and painted some engine parts like this guy just did, I will worry about upping the boost and everything else one I get a rebuild for now I am fine with the power I make
