Could just be condensation burning off in the exhaust. My near-perfect rebuild did the same thing.... has it just started happening?

white with sweet smell smoke is typically coolant being burned.
blue-ish grey smoke is typically oil.
Blackish smoke is fuel.

I don't mean to threadjack, but I'm running on a solid 3k mile rebuild. The whole time I've had it since the rebuild, I've been getting a little bit of white smoke in these same situations. I haven't checked it for a sweet smell.

Is my issue likely to just be condensation 'cuz of the cold Ohio weather? (right around 32 degrees)

I bought my last 7 right at the tail of summer... it ran awesome... then all of a sudden, it started smoking a LOT in the mornings.. for a long time... Until I had put load on the engine and heated up the exhaust real good... I figured I was burning coolant.. but there was never a fluctuation of fluids - level, color, or bubbles. Then it got warm again (the weather) and the smoking went away.. Next winter same deal..

New rebuilds can sometimes burn oil until the seals are seated properly, but the housings would have had to be BAD for 3k and still not seated.
