Talking So it's time to start having some fun

So I will finally be getting my 88TII registered and I want to keep the stock motor for as long as possible and get her on the road to have some fun.

Which BNR trubo upgrade should I go with on the stock block?

Here is what I plan on doing over the next couple of weeks:

Full tune up
BNR turbo upgrade
Rtek 1.7
720's on the secondaries
Replace the injector o rings and grommets on all four injectors
Primaries to be balanced and blueprinted
Upgrade the intank fuel pump and changing out the sock
Aftermarket FPR
Removal of the AC unit and possibly power steering
Complete block off kit
RB full exhaust system
Optima Battery

Suggestions, comments, and opinions welcomed.

Sending them out to RCeng. and getting them cleaned and they also blueprint them and send you a flow chart along with the injectors when they send them back...

Here is a link that will explain it in detail..

Wow, you guys really dont know ****. Try searching.

Rotor I think you have a pretty good battle plan. Obviously you wont be able to go full out on the BNR turbo. May I suggest the TID intake mod and a BOV. I also noticed no mention of a boost controller. Are these things that you already have?

^ Yup that biatch is going nowhere!

ForsakenRX7 I forgot to mention that yes I do have the BOV and the needed items for the TID upgrade. The only thing i wasn't sure on was if i need to install a vacuum line on it, but then again I haven't gotten to the point of checking the forum archives yet. Thanks..

Oh and should i go stage 1 or 2 on the stock block? Perhaps I will shoot Brian an email...

Not sure what your running now but I would highly suggest some suspension upgrades if you really want to have some fun.

I am going simple on the Suspension. As much as others on the forum dont like intrax lowering springs i have always used them. I will be getting those along with Tockico Blues (non adjustable) along with anti-sway bars and Front and rear upper strut bars.

Oh and I did my research and I am going with the BNR stage 2

Keep in mind that I am also re-doing my 87TII with the half bridge so I am watching my budget a bit!
